PCB moves Islamabad HC against order to reveal player salaries and contracts
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court to contest directives from the Pakistan Information Commission. The commission had ordered the board to make public the contracts, salary details, and various financial documents of its players. The PCB argued that releasing this data would harm its commercial standing and future contract talks. Additionally, the board requested an interim stay to prevent sensitive information from being made public while the legal proceedings are ongoing.
