Pavel Durov, creator of Telegram, added to Russia's wanted list
According to an AP report, Russian authorities have accused Telegram founder Pavel Durov of supporting terrorism and issued an international warrant for his arrest. The Federal Security Service claims that Telegram has failed to shut down various channels allegedly utilized by Ukrainian intelligence and terrorist groups to organize cybercrime, sabotage, mass killings, and other terror-related activities within Russia.
