A passenger traveling to Delhi posted a photo of a dirty pillow from his train seat. He tagged the Railways Ministry and RailwaySeva in his post, asking for assistance and requesting a clean replacement. In response, RailwaySeva asked the passenger to provide his mobile number so they could address the issue right away.
