According to a Moneycontrol report, Parle Products, the company behind the globally popular Parle-G biscuits, is preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) seeking a valuation exceeding $10 billion. An insider noted that after issuing a request for proposal (RFP) in April, the firm has currently selected Axis Capital, Kotak Mahindra Capital, and HSBC Securities to serve as advisors for the process.
