Parag Milk to double cheese output with ₹105 crore investment
Parag Milk Foods has greenlit a capital expenditure of ₹105 crore, aiming to increase its daily cheese manufacturing capacity from 60 MT to 120 MT by the end of FY28. During the first quarter of FY27, the firm saw an 11% year-on-year revenue growth, reaching ₹945 crore. However, profit after tax dropped by 20% to ₹22 crore, largely attributed to increased tax costs. Additionally, the company has named Rakesh Kothari as its incoming Chief Financial Officer.
