According to a report by Pakistan Today, which references figures from the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS), citizens in Pakistan are eating smaller meals and reducing their intake of meat and milk due to the ongoing food crisis. The data indicates that consumption levels have dropped across every food category throughout the last six years. Conversely, the monthly usage of ghee has seen an 81% increase, climbing from 690 grams to 1.25 kg.
