Over 90% of crimes in Goa involve migrants, says CM Sawant

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant stated on Tuesday that migrants are responsible for over 90% of criminal activities in the state, echoing a remark he previously made in 2023. Sawant addressed the matter in the Assembly while responding to inquiries regarding the increase in crime rates. He remarked, "People come here to work and get involved in crime."
