Late last night, a major crane accident in Mumbai’s Kurla area resulted in injuries to more than 10 people after the machinery fell onto residential houses. The incident took place at approximately 2:40 am as the crane was in the process of lifting and relocating a JCB machine. The Central Railway stated that the crane was operating at an adjacent construction site for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA).
