On Tuesday, OpenAI COO Brad Lightcap revealed he is departing the company after eight years to pursue new ventures. Lightcap formerly held the position of CFO at the firm. His exit follows a string of high-profile departures at the AI organization, including the recent resignations of product and business head Fidji Simo and AI ethics leader Chloe Bakalar last month.
