Ola Electric partners with Axis Energy for 20 GWh battery storage project
Ola Electric has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Axis Energy to install as much as 20 GWh of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) by the year 2032. The companies anticipate hitting an annual installation capacity of 5 GWh starting in 2028. This collaboration represents the initial significant deal for Ola’s new Mahashakti energy storage platform, which is set to debut on August 15, 2026.
