NTA schedules UGC-NET re-exams following paper errors
The NTA is set to hold fresh exams for the UGC-NET June 2026 English, Commerce, and Sociology subjects due to numerous reports of mistakes in the question papers. The English and Commerce tests are rescheduled for September 9, while the Sociology paper will take place on September 10. According to the NTA, the issues were too significant to be resolved simply by removing questions during the standard challenge phase.
