Noida property rates jump 125% in seven years, beating major metros: Study
Data from real estate firm Anarock shows that average home prices in Noida have climbed by 125% over the last seven years, growing faster than in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Gurugram. The cost of residential property in the city moved from ₹4,795 per sqft in 2019 to ₹10,780 per sqft by 2026. During this same timeframe, property values increased by 117% in Gurugram, 90% in Bengaluru, 64% in Mumbai, and 47% in Delhi.
