On Tuesday, stocks of IFCI and New India Assurance Company (NIACL) saw a decline as investors moved to secure profits from NSE IPO-linked shares following a drop in the grey market premium. NIACL's stock price slipped more than 13% to reach ₹199.50, while IFCI saw a decrease of nearly 10%, landing at ₹92.70. Currently, NIACL maintains a direct 1.42% shareholding in the NSE, whereas IFCI holds a 4.4% stake in the exchange through its interest in SHCIL.
