New robot model demonstrates autonomous combat skills against human
Unitree Robotics, a firm based in China, has unveiled the UnifoLM-X2-1.0, which they describe as the globe's initial real-time world model designed for completely autonomous humanoid robot fighting. Footage released shows the machine sparring with a human trainer in safety equipment, operating entirely without outside intervention. The robot seemed to track the trainer, anticipate his actions, and react on its own by dodging, punching, or shifting position instantly.
