Nepal Floods: 50 Indians reconnected, 275 remain untraced, says MEA

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) announced on Saturday that 108 Indian citizens have been successfully rescued in Nepal, and communication has been re-established with 50 others following the recent floods. According to Chinese authorities, 261 foreign nationals—among them 49 Indians—are still missing after flooding impacted the Gyirong Port in Tibet. Additionally, the MEA reported that 598 Indians have made their way into Nepal, while 900 others are confirmed safe within Chinese territory.
