Nepal flood victims' bodies carried 200 km into India
Devastating flash floods in Nepal transported bodies as far as 200 kilometres away, with three victims discovered in the Gandak river located in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh. According to a report, rescue crews spent the week recovering bodies from areas including Nuwakot, Dhading, Chitwan, and Nawalparasi East. Chitwan, situated on the border between Nepal and India, accounted for 132 of these recoveries.
