In a viral video, a Nepal Army officer is seen consoling a young boy saved from recent destructive flash floods. She was heard telling the child, "Don’t worry, your mother will come." The boy, who attends a nearby school, is clearly traumatized by the disaster and has not been able to provide any information. Military members are currently working to find the child's family.
