NDMC head proposes making CP's Inner Circle pedestrian-only, invites public feedback

Manoj Dwivedi, the Chairman of NDMC, has suggested turning the Inner Circle of Connaught Place into a "vehicle-free" zone to allow people to walk freely, similar to mall roads and international cities. Inviting feedback from the public, he asked, "Should we do it for full day or do it from 6 pm-midnight in summers and 11 am to 4 pm in winters?"
