This comes as their 73.1% holding in the firm has reached a valuation of approximately ₹1.2 lakh crore. The increase follows the company's total market value climbing to about ₹1.6 lakh crore, fueled by robust growth in its defense and explosives sectors. CEO Manish Nuwal remains the primary shareholder, holding a 38.9% stake in the business.
