Mumbai user reports receiving spoiled food through Zomato

A resident of Mumbai has claimed that a 'Nothing But Chicken' branch delivered bad food as part of a ₹212 Butter Chicken and Saffron Rice order made on Zomato. The customer turned down an offer for a replacement and stated his intention to report the matter to food safety officials, highlighting worries regarding the quality control processes before orders are sent out.
