MSRDC blames nature for landslide at Mumbai-Pune Expressway Missing Link
Following a landslide caused by monsoon rains on Monday at the ₹7,000-crore Mumbai-Pune Expressway 'Missing Link' site, MSRDC Managing Director Anilkumar Gaikwad stated that the incident was not due to any contractor error, but rather the result of natural forces. Another official from the MSRDC added that the intense rainfall was an act of God, noting that there is very little that could have been done to stop it.
