MP: Cop slips into Tapi River during rescue training, video surfaces
An Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) in Madhya Pradesh lost his balance and tumbled into the Tapi River while participating in a Home Guard rescue exercise. The officer fell while attempting to toss a rescue rope, forcing his colleagues to quickly shift from the mock drill to an actual emergency rescue to pull him from the strong current. Fortunately, the ASI did not sustain any major injuries. The entire event was recorded on camera and has since gained traction online.
