Mojtaba Khamenei misses funeral of wife killed at start of war
The final rites for Zahra Hadad-Adel, wife of Iranian leader Mojtaba Khamenei, took place this Wednesday. Mojtaba was noticeably missing from the event. Zahra lost her life alongside her father-in-law, the late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, during a US-Israel attack on the first day of the conflict. Her father, Gholamali Haddad Adel, who previously served as the Speaker of Iran's Parliament, was present at the service.
