According to the tracking portal Sacnilk, 'Mirzapur: The Movie,' featuring Pankaj Tripathi and Ali Fazal, brought in ₹25.15 crore in net earnings on its first day. The film's debut performance surpassed the opening day totals of both Emraan Hashmi's 'Awarapan 2' at ₹22 crore and the Ahan Panday and Aneet Padda starrer 'Saiyaara' at ₹21.50 crore. On its premiere day, the movie saw an overall occupancy rate of 42.81% across a total of 11,135 screenings.
