Mira Murati’s new AI venture releases debut model, Inkling
Thinking Machines Lab, the startup founded by former OpenAI CTO Mira Murati, introduced its inaugural AI model, Inkling, on Wednesday. The company noted that the model is capable of processing images, audio, code, and text. It is also an open-weight model, which allows developers to download and customize it. Inkling features 975 billion total parameters, with 41 billion parameters active during any specific task.
