Militant attack in Pakistan leaves 9 police officers dead

On Monday night, militants targeted a police station in Pakistan's Balochistan province, resulting in the deaths of at least nine officers. The assailants also abducted eight other police personnel, but they were all successfully rescued during a subsequent security mission. As of now, no organization has come forward to claim involvement in the assault.
