Mark Zuckerberg acquires historic Irish castle with massive floor plan
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has bought Strancally Castle, a 200-year-old Gothic estate situated above the Blackwater River in County Waterford, Ireland. The price of the acquisition remains private. The three-story property, which includes a basement and three bays, was first constructed for a member of Parliament. Its layout is so expansive that walking from the kitchen in the basement to the dining area requires 4.5 minutes. The residence is equipped with an oil-based central heating system.
