Manoj Bajpayee acquires 4.45-acre farm plot in Pune for ₹1.37 crore
According to a Hindustan Times report, actor Manoj Bajpayee has acquired 4.45 acres of farmland located in the Mulshi taluka of Pune for ₹1.37 crore. The land was purchased from Vimalchand Khimraj Jain, and the transaction included a stamp duty payment of ₹6.86 lakh along with a registration fee of ₹30,000. Previously, in 2023, Bajpayee had also spent ₹32 crore to purchase four office spaces in the Oshiwara area of Mumbai.
