Manipur resident repurposes old tins into public trash cans
Ayush Tamang from the Senapati district of Manipur teamed up with his friends to gather and repurpose discarded metal tins into functional dustbins, which they then installed in various public areas. Tamang launched this project after observing trash piling up in his village and feeling compelled to make a change. This effort was eventually integrated into the 'For Better Kangleipak' campaign, which aims to improve and revitalize public spaces.
