Bingson John, a 69-year-old man from Tamil Nadu, has been arrested in Bhubaneswar for allegedly cheating more than 300 luxury hotels over a span of 36 years. He allegedly posed as a guide, teacher, or yoga instructor to stay at these hotels without paying, and occasionally committed thefts. He reportedly admitted to being inspired by Charles Sobhraj and using similar deceptive tactics.
