A man known as 'Doggy Bhai,' who arrived at the Khandwa collectorate office wearing a dog suit, stated that dogs are facing unfair criticism. He argued that the Nagar Nigam is actually to blame, claiming they were given money for sterilization programs that never happened, which resulted in an increase in the stray dog population. He was joined during his visit by opposition leader Deepak Mullu Rathore.
