Man detained at Punjab CM's function alleges physical abuse and blade cuts

Footage captured police removing a man from a gathering attended by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann after he waved a black flag. Following the incident, the man alleged, "I was being tortured. I was subjected to electric shocks. Hair was plucked from my beard. I suffered cuts from blades on my thighs, and salt was rubbed into the wounds."
