Maharashtra to see less rain starting July 8, says CM
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis noted that while Mumbai and western parts of the state saw intense downpours earlier this month, many other regions, such as central Maharashtra, have recorded below-average rainfall. He stated, "Decrease in rainfall is expected...since July 8...and...likely to persist for at least the next 10 days." Furthermore, he mentioned that the IMD predicts a reduction in rainfall for the latter half of July.
