Maharashtra moves 203 exam fraud cases to fast-track courts following NEET row
Following the NEET paper leak scandal, Maharashtra has selected 203 long-pending exam malpractice cases to be heard in fast-track courts, according to an Indian Express report. These matters cover a range of offenses, such as impersonation, cheating, and various other exam-related crimes, rather than just paper leaks. The earliest of these cases dates back to 2002 and concerns reported irregularities during Maharashtra Public Service Commission recruitment tests.
