This decision follows an alleged attack on medical staff and nurses at Dombivli's Shastrinagar Municipal Hospital by Shiv Sena corporator Ramesh Mhatre. The strike is scheduled to run from 6 am on July 20 until 6 am on July 21. The IMA has called for the accused to be prosecuted without any political influence.
