Maharashtra: GSM Foils Chairman arrested for plotting to murder MD over ₹32 crore debt
Sagar Bhanusali, the Chairman of GSM Foils, has been taken into custody in Maharashtra for allegedly plotting to murder the firm's Managing Director, Mohansingh Parmar. Bhanusali had convinced Parmar to purchase his shares in the company and collected ₹32 crore; he then planned to kill Parmar to seize full control of the business and evade repayment. Reports indicate that Bhanusali had also incurred significant financial losses while trading in global stock markets.
