Maharashtra FDA inspects Bollywood Cafe in Film City, finds major hygiene violations
On Friday, the Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA), headed by Tukaram Mundhe, conducted an inspection at Bollywood Cafe located in Mumbai's Film City. The officials discovered poor sanitary standards, including a heavy presence of flies, clogged drains, and meals being cooked on corroded, filthy surfaces. Consequently, the regulator has launched legal proceedings against the establishment in accordance with Section 69 of the Food Safety and Standards Act.
