Madhya Pradesh: ₹3 crore cash discovered at taxi driver's home during weapon search
While conducting a search for an illegal firearm at a taxi driver's residence in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, police uncovered approximately ₹3 crore in cash hidden in a cupboard. Although the weapon was not found, the driver's relatives stated that the funds belong to a family member employed as a PWD engineer in Bhopal. Both police and Income Tax department officials are currently looking into the origin and ownership of the seized money.
