Madhuri Dixit sells Mumbai office space for 9x returns
Bollywood actor Madhuri Dixit has offloaded her commercial property in Andheri West, Mumbai, for Rs 4.85 crore, securing a profit nearly nine times her initial purchase price. She had originally acquired the space for Rs 52.50 lakh back in 2008. The 1,594.24 sq ft office, which comes with three parking spots, was bought by Frames Production Company. The transaction was officially registered in the sale deed in June 2026.
