Lebanon PM: Women and children are not military targets following Israeli strikes that left 11 dead
At least 11 individuals lost their lives during Israeli airstrikes in southern Lebanon on Saturday. This marks the most lethal violence reported since the ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah began on June 20. Lebanon's Prime Minister Nawaf Salam stated, "The seven martyrs of the Israeli airstrike on Ansar town are not military infrastructure, and the women and children killed were not military targets." He further urged Israel to bring an end to the ongoing escalation.
