Landslide at Bangladesh Rohingya camp leaves 8 children dead
At least eight children lost their lives and five others sustained injuries after a landslide struck a madrassa within a Rohingya refugee camp in southeastern Bangladesh, according to officials. The building was covered by mud after several days of intense monsoon downpours. Prior to this, another rain-related event resulted in the deaths of eight Rohingya refugees. Officials are currently moving families out of dangerous zones to ensure their safety.
