Ladakh to get a High Court bench, improving legal access
The central government has resolved to establish a bench of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court within Ladakh. Home Minister Amit Shah stated that this move will greatly improve how residents in far-flung parts of Ladakh reach the justice system, cutting down the time needed to access their legal rights. He further emphasized that the administration remains dedicated to the overall progress of Ladakh.
