KRV activists damage Hindi signage at Bengaluru's BEL facility
On Tuesday, activists from the Karnataka Rakshana Vedike (KRV) targeted a Hindi sign at the Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) premises in Bengaluru, citing opposition to the forced use of Hindi. The group asserted that the sign was put up illegally. TA Narayana Gowda, the state head of the KRV, stated that they will not tolerate the imposition of Hindi within Karnataka and are prepared to oppose any similar efforts.
