Kit Harington, known for his role in 'Game of Thrones', has been tapped to play Gilderoy Lockhart for the second season of HBO's 'Harry Potter' adaptation. He takes over the part from Nicholas Hoult, whose casting was revealed just a few weeks back. Production officials stated that Hoult had to step down because of scheduling issues. Harington is already familiar with the character, having previously voiced Lockhart for the 'Harry Potter' audiobook versions.
