Kerala LPST candidates protest appointment delays by eating grass
On Saturday, candidates who cleared the Lower Primary School Teacher (LPST) exam staged a unique protest in front of the Kerala Secretariat in Thiruvananthapuram by eating grass to highlight the delay in their job placements. The rank holders claimed they are still waiting for their appointment orders, even though their names have already been published on the Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) rank list.
