A 10-month-old baby from Vijayapura, Karnataka, has secured a spot in the Noble Book of World Records after scaling 21 steps in only 36 seconds. Following an evaluation of the video evidence and documentation provided by the family, authorities verified Riyans Pattanashetti's feat and presented him with an official world record certificate.
