Karnataka HC finds 33-year-old case was filed by a deceased man

The Karnataka High Court has revealed that a legal petition initiated 33 years ago was filed under the name of an individual who had already been dead for 5 years. The dispute involved a 4.21-acre plot of land located in Belavadi Village. The court noted that the man's daughters had intentionally kept the fact of his death hidden.
