Karnataka: 7 dead in collision between MUV and lorry
A head-on crash between a multi-utility vehicle and a lorry on NH-52 in the Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka has left seven people dead and two others with severe injuries. According to police, the MUV was transporting tourists from Dharwad when it reportedly swerved into the oncoming lane because of excessive speed. Authorities have filed a case and are currently investigating the circumstances of the deadly accident.
