Jharkhand students stick to CBI probe demand, protests to persist
Jharkhand Minister Sudivya Kumar Sonu met with student representatives and stated that the administration has accepted roughly 98% of what they asked for. However, he noted that the CGL exam cannot be scrapped since it was conducted under the supervision of the Supreme Court and the High Court. In response, the students maintained that they will not back down from their call for a CBI investigation. A student leader declared that their plan to surround the Vidhan Sabha will proceed in a peaceful manner.
