Jharkhand students cancel CM residence protest following JSSC-CGL exam cancellation
Students in Jharkhand have decided not to proceed with their scheduled August 20 protest at Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s home. This decision follows the government's move to scrap the JSSC-CGL test along with all TDPL-conducted examinations. Previously, the students had threatened to surround the CM's house and push for his resignation if their requirements were ignored. Following the announcement, student leader Devendra Mahto has concluded his hunger strike.
